I should have known this conversation would take place. You can ask the people here, I did my "ta3lee2" thing on the Human Rights Watch bil 3arabi when I saw it on TV, but no one batted an eye lid. You just proved my point. THAT is why it was a bad idea to transliterate rather than translate.
